求學時期高職念廣告設計，大學念工業設計。在職時做過執行設計、婚紗公司內部品牌企劃、網路平台策畫與行銷企劃、藝術公司策展專案管理。

近期的工作是電子商務營銷，這份工作引領我從設計層面"內容行銷"到接觸真正商業操作,以及更 深入的網路行銷方法!

​未來發展也是以這個角色為主軸.

從開始工作初期專注想點子做設計、到中後期接觸到做企劃專案管理、到面對銷售業績，深知體會這三者都是環環相扣金三角，其中一個環節沒有處理好會影響最終成果，所以並不排斥在每個專案裡是分配到哪一個角色，多了解不一樣面相能讓自己更能再工作上如魚得水。

因為工業設計學習過程，比較不排斥轉換角色和多方嘗試新媒材，釐清目標在視情況下選擇工具。雖然不事實什麼都要精通，但多了解能讓自己知道如何尋找相關資源以及和相關專業人士溝通。

近期在工作閒暇之餘，安排自己在網頁前端、數位媒體上進修了解，除此之外重拾外語精進，第一手接觸新資訊也能與不同文化交流溝通。

閒暇時喜歡看展覽,聽演講以及逛街看有什麼新東西。

My name is Pei yun- Shieh. You can just call me by my English name, Harmonia.

I graduated  from National Yunlin University my majore is Industrial  design  Bachelor.

I have a great passion in research Human Psychology、 behaviour、culture on how to communication with customer 

 in my work .

And according these observations find the suitable tool (like photo 、 video 、website 、launch party、article and so on.)  and design imagine.

With my qualifications and experience, I feel I enjoyed co-working with different background team (Sales、Researcher、Public Relations、Software designer、interior  designer ) to deal with project.

Now I apply  the following of position : 

1. Digital  Marketing  Specializing in E-Commerce and Social Media。

2. International Online Sales 。

3. Digital  Marketing & Paid Media analytic。

And improve professional  skills :

(A).Basic  analytical skills and mine deta . So I learn how to use R Software now.

(B). High-advanced setting up analytics , and optimizing pay for digital advertising , I have basic skill of setting up and

       optimizing Google AdWords Ads Campaigns, Facebook Ads .So I prepare Google Adwords and Google analytics license          examination now。

I expect that I become a professional manager who strategies Defining Earned、 Owned Media 、 Paid Media、Deta analytical 、Design(aesthetic) to promote and grow company。
